Definition of Heart Disease
Heart Disease is the collective term for a whole host of diseases; abnormality; illnesses; wear and tear that affect the proper performance of the heart. All of the circumstances have one thing in common they are linked with the heart and/or the circulatory system that is pumped by the heart.
Heart Diseases:
Cardiovascular Disease : is an umbrella term in its self, it is a classification of Heart Disease which includes Coronary Heart Disease; Angina which is generally caused by the Coronary Heart Disease; Heart Attacks; Cardiac Arrest; and Strokes.Cardiomyopathy :This relates to problems that influence the fabric of the heart such as growth (Dilated Cardiomyopathy), thinning, thickening (Hypertrophic Cardiomyopathy), stiffening (Restrictive Cardiomyopathy) and oily deposits (Arrhythmogenic Right Ventricular Cardiomyopathy). All of these put additional strain on the heart and makes it harder for the heart to pump the blood around the body.
Atrial Fibrillation: This in itself is not usually life intimidating but if not treated without delay can lead to life threating complications. For example Arrhythmia is an abnormal heart rhythm and it is a major reason of Strokes.
Congenital Heart Disease: This condition is an abnormality of the heart that forms whilst the baby is developing in the womb. 7 out of 1,000 babies are born with Congenital Heart Disease. In most cases this is a minor condition that is easily treatable. In a small number of cases the condition is more severe and fatal.
Heart Failure : Sometimes known as Congestive Heart Failure this word is used to describe a situation that makes the heart unable to pump the blood around the body as it once used to.

Physical Fitness Defined
There are a different components to physical fitness. These things are either health related components or skill related. Most people, will be looking at developing their health related components, unless they are training for a specific sport. So it’s probably more relevant to you, we will focus only on the health related components.
The five Components of Physical Fitness for Better Health are as follows
a: Your Cardiovascular Endurance
If you are trying to maintain overall fitness and health, then you need to focus on cardiorespiratory endurance. It is the ability for your lungs, heart, and blood vessels to transport oxygen and to remove the waste products from the muscle (or muscle groups) you are exercising.
b: Your Muscular Endurance
The next thing is that you need to work on is your muscular endurance. We defined it as how well a muscle or muscle group is able to contract over a period of time.
c: Your Muscular Strength
Next is another component of overall health. It is muscular strength. What is this? Muscular strength is the maximum force that can be generated by a muscle.
d: Your Body Composition
The next thing that you need to work on is your body composition. This is something that almost everyone tries to target first. This is probably going to be a high priority and one of the major reasons for exercising. We all want to look better and vanity is a strong motivator.
e: Your Flexibility
The final component of health related physical fitness is flexibility. The level of flexibility is very important as it has an impact on many other factors associated with health. You see, it will prevent you from getting as many injuries when you train and also encourage additional strength (as you can exercise a wider range of motion in the muscle).
For those people who are interested in the skill related components of physical fitness, they include agility, balance, coordination, speed, power and reaction time.

Tumor grade
Sometimes Doctors group brain tumors by grade, from low grade (grade I) to high grade (grade IV). From high-grade tumors Cells look more abnormal and usually grow faster than low-grade tumors cells.
Primary brain tumors:
Tumors that start in brain tissues. It is called as primary tumors of the brain. Primary brain tumors are named according to the type of cells or the part of the brain in which they begin. Gliomas is the most common primary brain tumors. They begin in Glial Cells. There are many types of gliomas:

- Astrocytoma. The cancer arises from star-shaped glial cells called Astrocytes. Astrocytomas arise, in adults in the cerebrum. In children, it occur in the brain stem, the cerebrum, and the cerebellum. A grade III astrocytoma is sometimes called an anaplastic astrocytoma. A grade IV astrocytoma is usually called a glioblastoma multiforme.
- Brain stem glioma. This type of tumor occurs in the lowest part of the brain. Brain stem gliomas most often are diagnosed in middle-aged adults and young children.
The other types of Primary brain tumors are:
Ependymoma Oligodendroglioma Medulloblastoma Meningioma Schwannoma Craniopharyngioma

Secondary brain tumors:
When cancer spreads from its main place to another part of the body, the fresh tumor has the same kind of abnormal cells and also has the same name as the primary tumor. Cancer which spreads from brain to another part of the body is different from a primary brain tumor. When cancer cells spreads to the brain from another organ (such as the lung or breast), doctors may call the tumor in the brain a secondary tumor or metastatic tumor. Secondary tumors in the brain is more common than primary brain tumors.
The following risk factors are linked with an increased chance of increasing a primary brain tumor:
